Subfloor ground back, then levelled
The subfloor was in very bad condition and had to be ground back before the compound went down.
Old floor removal
Before the new floor, the old one has to go. Nicolai takes up carpet, laminate, tiles and old adhesive, and can take the waste away himself, as a registered waste carrier, with a minimum charge of £125. If you prefer to take it to the tip yourself, there is no charge.
