Who I am

Nikk Flooring is a trading name of Nicolai Morari, a sole trader and floor fitter based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. I am not registered for VAT. Contact: info@nikkflooringoxfordshire.co.uk, 07401 640671.

Information on this site

The content on this website is general information about my flooring services. Driving times are typical times from Abingdon town centre in normal traffic and are a guide. The "from" price for laminate fitting is a starting point; the price for your job is the one I give you after the survey.

Prices and jobs

Sending a message or a form doesn't create a contract. I give you a price after seeing the room, and the job goes ahead once we've agreed it.

Photos and content

The photos of floors on this site are from my own jobs. The text, photos and logo belong to Nikk Flooring or are used with permission. Brand names such as Quick-Step, Karndean, Amtico or Kährs are used only to describe the products fitted.

Links to other websites

This site links to services I don't control, such as WhatsApp, Checkatrade and Google Maps. I'm not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

How I handle the details you send me is explained in the privacy notice.

I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
